Fika @ Capitol Greenstreet!

Fika
Capitol Greenstreet,
Capitol Hills Drive
Old Balara, QC

Fika (Sweden pronuciation: ['fi:ka] is a concept in Sweden culture with the basic meaning "to have coffee," often accompanied with pastries or sandwiches.

Chef Mats Loo, owner of Fika (also the Director of the nearby First Gourmet Academy) tells of his dreams of having an intimate place where one could have a good meal amidst a peaceful and yes, a green surrounding.

And everything came true with Fika. A quaint cafe that opens before 7 in the morning that serves a wide menu of breakfast favorites which includes the popular Beef Tapa and Longganisa with eggs, garlic rice and achara.

Fika also serves Filipino comfort food like Lumpiang Shanghai, Sinigang na Baboy, Pancit, Bistek Tagalog, Kare-Kare, Pinakbet, Beef Kaldereta, Leche Flan, among so many others.
